anyone know what would be the best treatment?
feel there is "lok-lok" sounds in the 膝盖 when walking, horrible!

用正红花油和正骨水并用,先擦正红花油,20分钟后在擦正骨水.
内服:六味子2钱,龙骨1钱,车前草1两,黑决明子5钱.加1斤水.一天3次.连续3天
