FIVB官方排球技术图示教学 ,没有中文版的,不知有没有高手能翻译下,我把他给做成中文的,好让更多的爱好者来学习!
1 SERVING
CONSISTENCY
Serving Principles: Requires
being consistent, accurate and
aggressive.
Before serving - concentrate,
observe opponents and choose
target.
Before tossing, ball should be
comfortable distance from body
and server should be confident.
ARM BACK
Toss and step with left foot
should occur at the same time.
Arm position should look like
bow and arrow in order to
accelerate the ball.
WATCH THE BALL
Keep wrist rigid with flat hand,
but keep forearm and shoulder
relaxed. This leads to maximum
acceleration.
LEAD WITH ELBOW
Elbow is the key for the rate of
forearm acceleration.
Power begins in hip rotation and
moves to back, shoulder, elbow
and hand.
Palm should point towards
ceiling.
ACCELERATE ARM UPON
CONTACT
When armswing is close to the
ball (2 ball widths) you should
suddenly accelerate towards the
ball.
Maximum acceleration =
maximum power.
CONTACT CENTER
OF BALL
The best contact point
for the overhand float
serve is the base of the
palm. Some servers use
their wrist, but attention
must be paid to making
contact through the
center of the ball.
TOSS WITH FINGERS
A server's position, toss, arm
swing and contact must always
be consistent.
Pay attention to tossing the ball
low and without spin in front of
striking shoulder.
WEIGHT TRANSFER
Weight is transfered to the front
foot.
Striking shoulder is rotated high
as hand moves away from ball.
SWING PARALLEL
WITH FLOOR
In overhand float serve, it
is important to have
horizontal swing (parallel
to floor).
During contact with ball,
elbow is slightly bent. If
elbow is straight during
contact, float serve
becomes difficult and
power is lost.
WRIST BACK
Three principles of
directing the serve.
1, Striking point of ball
must be aligned with
striking shoulder.
2. ServeYs step and toe
must be in direction of
target.
3. Direction of follow
through must be in
direction of target.
CONTACT HEEL OF PALM
Concentration is intense as vision threatens
receivers.
Right hand is rigid and flat. He touches the
ball with the base of palm to reinforce
contact point.
TOSS WITH FINGERS
The server uses the most advanced tossing
technique - finger toss, If palm touches the
ball it is easy to spin during pressure
points.
When tossing, hand should move straight
up and fingers should open wide on follow
through.
WHIP MOTION
Back is arched with striking shoulder and
chest spread open.
Elbow is back and right hip is in good
position to begin rotating forward to create
force through upper body towards
armswing.
Contact hand is in good position (not back
too early) to begin whip-like motion.
PALM FACES CEILING
Note the elbow leads forearm acceleration.
The rigid and flat hand has remained with
the palm towards the ceiling.
Motion is similar to last action of tennis
serve.
SHOULDER IS LOCKED
Note that shoulder is locked and not
extended. Serving motion should be
different from spiking. Shoulder is not
extended and wrist does not break
downwards.

2 SETTING
BODY LEANING FORWARD
Setters must possess quick judgement
and movement, perfect hand position
and good athletic ability.
When penetrating~ right foot should be
forward with body leaning forward.
Pay attention; do not overlap.
WATCH BALL
While moving, setter must watch ball.
He must also observe receivers and
approach of hitters.
CURVE TO NET
Penetrate quickly on curve close to net.
Keep body open and faced toward
receivers.
Stop with slide step on position (30 cm
from center line, 3m-4m from right side
line).
RIGHT FOOT FORWARD
Setter must be balanced and in
medium position.
Right foot is forward.
Hands are high, fingers open; keep
ball in front of forehead.
HANDS ARE CUPPED
Before setting, hands are cupped
when contacting, index and middle
fingers are open and thumb is on
bottom of bait.
Ring and small fingers help the
thumb control direction.
FACE TARGET
For accuracy, setter should
be stable and squared to
target.
Knees and elbows extend up
through the ball.
Weight is transferred from
back to front foot.
ELBOWS EXTENDED
For high set to antenna:
1. Elbows must extend.
2. Wrist and fingers soften
control.
3. Fingers point toward
target.
HANDS PRESS
For flat set to antennae:
Hands are still high, with
upper body, forearm and
hands pressing forward.
In conclusion: Different sets
require different techniques.
GET UNDER BALL
Setter must get body under a
low pass.
Body is in deep squat
position with right foot
forward.
All sets are still possible.
ARMS STRAIGHT
When not possible to position body
under ball, setter must use
underhand pass to set the
ball,
Arms straight and ball set off
net.
WRIST "FLICK"
Short Distance Set:
Fingers and wrist "'flick" ball.
Elbow extention minimal.
Difficult for opponents to anticipate.
USE WHOLE BODY
Long Distance Set:
Needs to use whole body.
Must coordinate body movement through ball toward
target.
Heels are raised as ball is set.
ARCH BACK
Sack Set:
Keep ball above head with palms toward ceiling while
setting, arch back and follow through towards target.
HAND FORMATION -
TRIANGLE
Upper Body Form:
Elbows spread, not too wide.
Elbow ioint is 90~.
Eyes look through enlarged
triangle.
POSITION ON
FOREHEAD
Keep ball in front of
forehead.
Forearms are relaxed with
fingers strong.
******
3 pAssinG
KNEES BENT
Ready Position
Feet apart and
slightly wider than
shoulder width.
Right foot in front of
left with left heel
slightly raised.
GET BEHIND
THE BALL
Receiver must move
early and get behind
the bell.
Body must be in low
position with legs
flexed and ready to
extend through the
ball.
Arms are away from
body on 45~ angle
with floor. Arms have
traveled from 60~ to
contact (45~) and will
stop at 30~.
ARMS
TOGETHER
During contact arms
are together with
elbows locked and
hands pointed
downwards.
Shoulders should be
contacted on fleshy
part of inner arms for
good rebound.
SHOULDER
SHRUG
During passing
shoulders should be
shrugged, not
stretched.
Back foot will raise as
legs are extended and
weight will move
through the direction
of the rebounded ball.
WRIST DOWN,
FACE TARGET
Ball needs to be kept
in front of body and
and between the feet.
Passer should always
try to face the target,
Because target is on
the right side of the
court, most receivers
try to plant left foot
first in order to
transfer weight to
right foot in direction
of target.
WATCH THE
BALL
Sometimes it is
difficult to position
the body behind the
ball, but we must
always try.
When we cannot, we
must use lateral
passing techniques.
WIDE FOOT
BASE
While preparing to
pass, legs must be
stable with wide foot
base.
Left heel is slightly
raised and ready to
move towards
direction of ball.
RIGHT
SHOULDER
DOWN
If we must use lateral
passing, it is best to
try to receive ball
before it travels to
side or behind the
body.
Foot must step to a
position behind the
ball so that arms can
intercept ball and
control towards the
target.
BODY ROTATES
In order to pass ball
on left side of body to
the right side of
court, right shoulder
must drop lower than
left so platform faces
target.
Right leg must push
off so body rotates
behind ball.
Notice arms are
straight and hands
are still pointed
down.
COACH CHECK - Here Mary Dunphy (USA Head Coach) checks
the individual technique of the passer. Every coach should check
his players and not allow improper contact.
HANDS LOCKED - Notice
in this special picture the
space between the arms is
minimal (touching if possi-
ble), Contact point is ap-
proximately 5-12 cm above
the wrist and on the inside
part of forearms. One hand
must be placed inside the
other with pads together,
fingers overlapping with
right thumb locking on to
first section of left middle
finger.
A. Lower Position Passing
Center of gravity of body must be lower, Legs are wider
apart and arms are streched forward, sometimes parallel to
floor, Hips are below level of ball in order to pass upwards.
B. Middle Position Passing
Used most often. Keep the ball between knees and waist
high. This allows for the best control by the passer.
C. High Position Passing
When ball is over chest high and we cannot get behind the
ball, we must use side-back passing technique.
Key is to move back quickly, plant left foot and turn body
back towards target.
Arms must remain high and straight as shoulders are
shrugged.
*******
4 SPIKING
FIRST STEP SHORT
Medium high position
about lm outside court.
Begin with short right
lead step towards attack
area.
Eyes focus on ball and
body leaning slightly
towards net.
Must be aggressive and
full of confidence.
SECOND STEP
LONGER
Second step is a little
longer with left foot.
Weight is transferred to
left foot for explosive hop
to ball.
Arms are in position to
begin swing backwards.
THIRD STEP
LONGEST
Hitter adjusts his
approach in final hop to
position below ball.
Speed is gathered with
quick explosive stride
step.
Heel is planted to slow
forward momentum and
arms are 90~ behind
body.
BEND AND INWARD
WITH KNEES
Arms have swung
forcefully forward and
down.
Legs are coiled and
ready to extend and push
off.
Notice position of feet -
right heel - toe, left toe
action and facing
towards court.
EXTEND WITH
ANKLES
Both toes leave ground
simultaneously as ankles
extend and push off
ground.
Striking arm (right)
begins to pull back like
bow and arrow while left
points at ball.
Right hip is open to
begin rotation forward for
spiking motion.
SHOULDER
SPREAD
Shoulder is spread and
stretched back as elbow
remains high.
Hip rotates forward to
initiate swing.
Left arm drops down to
maintain balance.
ELBOW LEAD
Force applied upwards
from hip to back,
shoulder, elbow and
wrist.
Hand has moved back
and elbow forward as
whip like action begins.
Palms point towards
ceiling.
FOREARM SNAP
Shoulder reaches and
arm extends straight as
ball contacted in front of
striking shoulder.
Striking hand is rotated
outward for angle spike.
Piking motion with
stomach provides power.
WRIST DOWN
For line spike, shoulders
are rotated across body
towards target.
Striking hand is rotated
up and over ball and
wrist extends down.
Follow through of arm is
down and towards belly
button.
EYES FOLLOW
BALL
For angle spike, follow
through is outside body.
Legs have recoiled and
are ready for landing.
Eyes follow ball.
FINGERS OPEN
Ball contact:
1. Wrist extends up and over.
2. Contact point is base of hand to
palm to fingers.
3. Fingers are spread wide for
control.
SHOULDER ROTATES
Shoulder rotates forward and up
towards ball.
Elbow follows shoulder and remains
high.
Hand is back with palm towards
ceiling.
ELBOW FULLY
EXTENDS
Elbow fully extends as
ball is contacted above
and in front of striking
shoulder.
Wrist extends up and
over ball.
Eyes focused on center
of ball.
FINGERS INVOLVED
Shoulder is stretched up and
forward during follow through.
For angle spike, wrist whips from
inside to outside.
THE BALL TOP SPIN
For angle spike follow through
continues outside of body.
Left arm has moved down and
towards body to maintain balance.
Eyes follow ball.

5 BLOCKING
STRESS ON
JUDGING
Ready Position:
Hands high, knees
slightly bent and ready to
move.
Feet shoulder width
apart.
Body about upper arm's
distance from net with
shoulders parallel to net.
READY TO MOVE
After moving to position,
the blocker reads attack
patterns and is ready to
jump.
The blocker's eyes are
focused on setter's
hands.
For quick attack hands
must remain high.
SHOULDERS
PARALLEL TO NET
Knees and elbows begin
to extend as ankles push
off ground.
Shoulders remain parallel
to net.
Arms always remain in
front of body and face,
not to side.
EXTEND WITH
ELBOWS
As blocker gets higher,
arms begin to penetrate
plane of net.
Elbows continue to
extend over net.
Eyes are now focused on
attacker.
ARMS CLOSER
Arms arid hands are less
than bali's width apart.
Wrists are pressed down
to deflect ball to the
ground.
Arms are as close to net
as possible.
REACHING FOR
BALL
Arms are fully extended
and reaching for ball,
Head is in same position
throughout - not leaning
back or dropping
forward.
Body has not drifted
sideways or forward
towards net.
LEGS BENT
DEEPER
Commit Block:
After moving to position
The blocker readies
himself for maximum
jump with quick hitter.
Eyes are focused on the
hitter.
Arms are lower and legs
bent deeper for maximum
lift.
ARMS LIFT UP
Legs are ready to extend
and arms begin thrust
upwards.
Elbows must bend so
arms can travel straight
up in front of body.
Notice excellent balance
and weight placement on
feet.
ALL MOVEMENT
STRAIGHT UP
Shoulders begin to press
arms up towards top of
net.
Hands and arms are in
front of body for quick
penetration of net.
All movement is straight
up.
PENETRATE WITH
FOREARMS
Shoulders extend and
arms penetrate net,
Shoulders remain parallel
to net.
Hands and fingers
become rigid with
straight line between
forearms, hands and
fingers.
HANDS CLOSE TO
THE BALL
Arms "seal" the net as
the blocker reaches for
ball.
Head is still straight with
eyes focused on hitter. I
Entire arm movement
should be one fluid move
for quick penetration.
FOCUSED ON
SETTER
Sequence of eye
movement when
blocking:
Hitter ~ Setter ~ Ball
Hitter
Eyes have moved from
hitter and are now
focused on setter.
Hands are shoulder
height and in front of
body close to net,
WRISTS "PLAYING
PIANO"
Shoulders stretch and
press up and forward
over net.
Hands are forward and
strong - not back and
soft.
Fingers and thumbs are
spread like "playing
piano".
EYES FOCUSED
ON APPROACH
All hands are high and
eyes are focused on
approach.
He "sets" block and is
ready to jump.
The blocker pushes oft
loot, keeping shoulders
square to net, and steps
towards Middle Blocker
to "close" the block.
EYES FOCUSED
ON ARMSWING
Both blockers jump
straight up
simultaneously.
Extended arms with rigid
hands and fingers form
wall above net.
Eyes are focused on
hitter.

6 DEFENSE
KEEP LOWER
Defense: The most difficult
technique in volleyball. Must train
fighting spirit.
Ready Position: Feet at least
shoulder width apart.
Weight is forward with arms in front
and at sides of body.
MOVE QUICKLY
Must move quickly to correct
position.
Stride with foot closest to ball and
try to take ball inside of knee.
Stay low and dig ball up and
forward.
GET UNDER BALL
Three keys to defensive motion:
1. Stay low
2. Stride
3. Get under ball
Try to use two hands to dig.
Forearm, wrist or fist control depends
on distance of ball from body.
HANDS "SCOOP"
Inside of left knee gives support and
balance.
Arms are stretched under ball for
"scoop" dig and backspin.
Dig ball 6m high and 3m off net in
center of court.
REBOUND TO SETTER
"Half Kneeling" defense requires
flexibility.
Keep hips below the ball.
From this position player can
sprawl, roll or dive to ball further
from body.
FULL OF CONFIDENCE
Side View of Defensive Position:
Weight is forward with heels raised
and ready to move.
Arms in front of knees and knees in
front of toes.
Full of concentration, confidence
and determination.
QUICK START AND MOVE
Defender's feet need to accelerate
quickly to ball.
Move diagonally to intercept ball.
Good dig depends on quick
movement; quick movement
depends on quick start.
SHOULDER STRETCHED
He lowers center of gravity and
strides to ball by pushing off inside
of foot.
Shoulders should be stretched to
enlarge defensive area.
UNDER CUT AND BACKSPIN
TO THE BALL
After striding, ball is still far from body.
Thrust forward from half kneeling
defense to sprawl.
Keep arms parallel to floor and scoop
the ball up.
FULL OF FIGHTING SPIRIT
Digging Power Spike.
Be aggressive with fighting spirit.
SOFT BALL REBOUND
Overhead Dig - Soft Ball.
Two hands cupped with thumbs
crossed.

crossed behind hands.
Soften rebound by moving wrists
backward.
Contact ball above forehead.
HANDS GET UNDER THE BALL
Diving Technique.
Used to dig ball far from body.
Eyes concentrate on ball and two hands scoop the
ball.
One leg kicks up hand balances body.
WRISTS SCOOP
Chasing and pursuing ball, the digger must dive
low and far.
Use two hands if possible, but one hand can be
used.
"BELLYSLIDE" DIVING
