Op ongeveer vier uur vliegen van Hong Kong ligt de hoofdstad van Japan. Daar zullen de komende dagen de finalewedstrijden van de Grand Prix gespeeld worden. We ver-blijven in een prachtig hotel dichtbij de sporthal, Keio Plaza hotel genaamd. Heel toevallig zit Paul ook vlakbij de sporthal, maar dan net aan de andere kant. Hij logeert bij een vriend en zal alle wedstrijden komen kijken, hij heeft namelijk een pers accreditatie aangevraagd en gekregen. Zoals ik al vertelde spelen we de eerste wedstrijd tegen China. Jullie kunnen hier kijken naar het volledige schema. Hopelijk wordt er nog iets uitgezonden via tv of internet. Nu hebben we een paar uurtjes vrij dus kan ik mooi even het centrum gaan bekijken met Paul. We zitten immers vlakbij. Natuurlijk niet te lang, want morgen moet er weer gepresteerd worden!
