"Today the ISU Council decided to restore Plushenko in аmа*teur status. As far as I know, and ISU president Ottavio Cinquanta, and all council members reacted positively to the intention of Plushenko's return to active competition, so the decision was taken unanimously," - told Piseev by telephone.
