橙衣军团荣耀落幕 巅峰过后徒留落寞-----荷兰男排介绍

几天以前在排球视频演播室看到安东的预告里看到有荷兰男排92奥运回顾的比赛，非常期待看到这些比赛。原本我也想写一个帖子专门介绍一下这支Oranje（外国的球迷称荷兰国家队为Oranje，有橙色的意思），因了这个关系决定趁着这个机会完成这个帖子。

由于近年来战绩不很理想，在去年的世锦赛上我们没能看到昔日王者荷兰男排的身影。你是否还记得他们呢，或者你也已经忘记了他们。记得初看排球之时是郎平执教中国女排的时期，话说回来由于有女排的五连冠在前，所以国人对排球特别女排的关注和成绩的期待是很正常的。那个时期刚好也是荷兰男排战绩最辉煌的时期，因此从电视里也注意到了橙衣军团的出色表现留下了特殊的印象；虽然没有记下更多的队员不过那片橙色留在了记忆里。现在想想写Oranje也不得要领，脑子里没有什么资料只能收集一些奉上。

让我们一起回顾过去、展望未来；期待2008能在北京再见这支昔日的王者之师。

  80年代中期以前，荷兰男排在世界排球比赛中是支“榜上无名”的球队。到了80年代末，前美国女排主教练塞林格去荷兰执教，三年的时光给荷兰队打下了较好的基础。塞林格的儿子阿·塞林格早就在荷兰打球，曾担任过荷兰男排队长，是全队训练最自觉、最刻苦的队员。在有10名队员身高都在2米左右的情况下，留下身高仅1.75米的小塞林格似乎有些滑稽，但队员们信任他，也服从他的指点。作为队长，他有很强的责任心和刻苦训练的精神。荷兰男排是一支完全专业化的队伍，国家也非常重视。赞助荷兰国家男排的是全国最大的一家保险公司，队员、教练的工资、训练费用以及出国比赛费用，均由赞助公司支付。

  荷兰男排到90年代初已拥有了一批较为优秀的选手，如马丁·泰费、阿诺德·范锐、汉克简·海尔德、帕特里克·德里厄斯、罗·鲍德里尔、巴斯·克克和阿继塔尔·塞林格等。主教练是哈里·布罗金。哈里·布罗金说：荷兰队近几年（从90年代初开始）进步很快，我们除了有一批高大的队员外，还有自己一套独特的训练方法及手段，在加强进攻的基础上注重防守，防守训练的时间占总训练时间的60%。1990年的世界锦标赛上荷兰男排一跃进入前七名。1995年世界男排联赛荷兰队也取得了较好成绩，成为当今世界排坛公认的的一支劲旅。总结荷兰男排进步的原因，有三点：第一是全体队员训练认真刻苦；第二是有一个非常好的赞助者为他们提供经济保障，创造了良好的训练、比赛条件；第三是有一个非常好的前任教练，用三年的时间培养出了这么多优秀队员，为今日荷兰男排的腾飞打下良好的基础。在1996年第26届奥运会上，荷兰男排过关斩将，终于登上了世界冠军的领奖台。
