We are pleased to inform you that the 30th FIVB WORLD CONGRESS will be held in the Tokyo Prince Hotel, Park Tower in Tokyo, Japan, from 23rd to 25th October, 2006. Therefore, the arrival in Tokyo is foreseen on 22nd October and the departure on 26th October 2006.

You are kindly requested to make all the necessary arrangements to personally participate in this Congress, as your presence is of an utmost importance. We remind you that if you are not represented at least by another Federation, you will not be able to host any Coaches' and/or Referees' courses nor receive any technical assistance.

Your presence at this Congress will reinforce the FIVB and Volleyball identity through the sharing of your very best ideas for the benefit of Volleyball and Beach Volleyball development as Top Competitive Sports.

You are kindly requested to read the enclosed document, which contains all the relevant information needed in order to facilitate your participation. Our secretariat would appreciate if you could return the preliminary hotel reservation form duly completed NO LATER THAN 30TH SEPTEMBER 2005 as otherwise we might be unable to guarantee your lodging in Tokyo. I draw your attention to the fact that this is only a preliminary reservation form which does not require any down payment. The final reservation form will be sent to you in November 2005.

我们很高兴的告诉你，第30界国际排球联合会世界大会从2006年10月23号到25号在日本东京公园塔(地名，译的不一定准确)东京太子酒店举行。因此，我们应该事先在2006年10月22号到达东京，然后在10月26号离开。
