歌曲介绍:
“Are you the one”这首歌是荷兰“Within Temptation（诱惑本质）”主唱Sharon den Adel与“Stratovarius（灵云乐队）”当家吉他手Timo Tolkki合作的成果。
   忧郁的女声、孤独的吉它，在旷野中固执的发问：你是他吗?是不是那个来陪我走过一生的旅者，是不是也受过那许多伤？会不会陪我一起跃进海洋？
   这首歌演绎的，是孤独者的爱情。在金属乐的烘托下，曲中的女声单薄却有力，它直透灵魂，让时间定格。而深情演绎的吉他solo也带来一声声的概叹，让人迷失在激越之中，却又不自觉得带着隐隐心痛。音乐，就以这样的方式打动人的心灵。

感情的事
只有当事人自己最清楚
千万别傻乎乎地让自己卷进与你毫无相关的诸如之类的麻烦事里
即便你是好心抑或发生在你的朋友之间

总感觉是个洒脱的人
不会在这种事上磨磨叽叽
也希望别人也能干脆爽快
但别人不是你
当自己的朋友陷入此种苦恼需要你费尽唇舌苦苦劝慰而取得只是诸如对牛胆琴的结果时
留给自己的感觉除了挫败感以外，还有就是彻彻底底的自我糟践。

这真是一首很有感觉的歌
深夜听来，几乎落泪，可以说让我“心情大糟”
