失误是没有失误，但是单杠不是这么玩的，太小心翼翼，动作完全没有伸展开，没有飘逸感。。

男子单杠的评分标准～～和女子高低杠的标准有很大不同呢～～

像KCH的要求～～还有转体扣分的要求～～都没有ＵＢ那么严格～～基本上比ＵＢ要低一个档次～～～

不过～～就像０９年ＵＢ的新规则一样～～～现在男子单杠～～更注重转体＋空翻的连接能力～～～

单独的空翻可能比较吃亏了～～


一个佩甘空翻或许还不如中穿＋马凯的连接更划算～～更能虏获裁判的青睐呢～

Nistor BB: tiny step back on full. breaks connection after aerial - rest is nailed - no! almost fell on turn with leg to horizontal loses the connection big wobble on the following element (aerial to 2 feet). low dismount almost to her knees. 15.225.

Nistor FX: stumbles forward on DLO - full in - triple twist - full to double twist - double pike

团体决赛的新闻：

Sandra Izbasa and Marian Dragulescu led their clubs to victory Friday as the Romanian National Championships opened in Ploiesti.

Izbasa scored a meet-high 16.325 on balance beam to lead Steaua Bucuresti to the club title. She also performed a very strong floor exercise routine, though it may have been judged generously at 16.000. During training, Izbasa practiced her tumbling over and over with head coach Nicolae Forminte, but will most need to improve her uneven bars if she wants to medal in the all-around at the Olympics in August.

World all-around silver medalist Steliana Nistor missed Friday's competition because she was taking her baccalaureat exams. She will compete Saturday and Sunday in the Romanian International Open competition, which will determine the 2008 national champions as well.

Cerasela Patrascu, who suffered injuries to both knees at the European Championships, performed uneven bars and balance beam for second-place Cetate Deva. It seems that she is recovering well from the injury, although she didn't do hard tumbling or any other things hard for her knees. Although she fell off the beam after her connections (handsprings), she showed that she can compete again after the injury.

Ana Maria Tamarjan trained but will sit out the competition with a sore groin.

Dragulescu earned a 16.700 for his namesake vault to help Dinamo Bucuresti defend its team title. Flavius Koczi was the top all-around scorer of the day with 91.450, and clubmate Razvan Selariu was second best with 89.550. The second team was Bistrita, where the men's junior national team trains.

Dragulescu competed floor exercise, vault and high bar, while clubmate, 2007 world vault silver medalist Daniel Popescu, didn't do vault and fell off pommel horse. Dragulescu, who missed the 2007 Worlds and 2008 Europeans with a back injury, seemed happy with his results.

Competition continues Saturday with the open all-around competition.

我觉得～～他的能力真是很强啊～～腿部的爆发力一点都没退化～～

介样下去～～奥运会前完全可以上到最大难度～～～

现在就是不知道小鹏的ＶＴ恢复的咋样了～～
