当然不会让你随便看啊。我的cable provider 是comcast xfinity, 到他们下面网站看看rio olympics - NBC sites and apps faqs, 就清楚了。其他的cable provider也一样，最近的几届奥运会都是这么搞的。。。

感觉他的语气是要用国外其他媒体转播的奥运信号，这样就能绕开cctv的版权问题。

这种当版权法是纸糊的做法，就不评价了
当然了，我朝版权长期就是纸糊。。。。。。
