单项奖：
Brazil's Mauricio Silva was presented with the 2009 FIVB Men's Junior World Championship Most Valuable Player award after his team captured the gold medal in a five-set victory over Cuba at the Balewadi Sports Complex's Badminton Hall in Pune, India.

Other awards were presented to Russia's Levan Kalandadze as the Top Scorer, Iran's Farhad Ghaemi as the Best Spiker, Brazil's Renan Buiatti as the Best Blocker, India's Manidurai Naveen Raja Jacob as the Best Server and Best Receiver, Argentina's Franco Lopez as the Best Digger and Best Libero, and Cuba's Leandro Macias Infante as Best Setter.
