维克梅耶尔违反禁药条款被禁赛1年

比利时网坛新星、目前排名18位的维克梅耶尔被比利时国内的佛兰德兴奋剂法庭宣布禁赛1年，理由是其已经3次逃避WADA(世界反兴奋剂机构)所进行的药检，违反了饱受争议的“whereaboutsrule(申报动向规则)”，同时遭到该法庭宣布禁赛1年的还有维克梅耶尔的同胞、曾在温网打入男单四强的马里塞，缘由同样是逃避一次药检。对此，该法庭的发言人称处罚结果是“合理的”。　　按照ADAMS(反兴奋剂执行与管理系统)规定，运动员必须在3个月的时间中，尽其义务向本国反兴奋剂机构汇报自己每天在特定时间段内的动态，而据称维克梅耶尔违反了这项规定，并已经有3次没有向相应部门汇报自己的行踪。
　　据悉，维克梅耶尔与马里塞将可以向设在瑞士的体育仲裁法庭申诉，如果失败，等待他们的2010赛季将是无法打球的整整一年。

Belgium player Yanina Wickmayer, a semi-finalist at this year's U.S. Open,was handed a one-year ban on Thursday for failing to comply with dopingregulations, a report on the Belgium Tennis Federation's website said.FellowBelgian Xavier Malisse has also been suspended for a year for adifferent doping offence according to the report on the website
Worldnumber 18 Wickmayer was suspended by the Flemish Doping Tribunal (VDT)after falling foul of the "whereabouts rule" which states that playersmust notify their national doping agency of where they can be reachedon a daily basis.
The report says Malisse, a former Wimbledon semi-finalist, missed a drugs test.
TheInternational Tennis Federation (ITF), which is responsible for dopingcontrols in tennis, said it had not been informed of the suspensionswhile the women's WTA Tour said it was also unable to comment.
"Beforewe can comment on doping cases until we have been notified in writingby the Belgian anti-doping agency and that has not happened as yet," anITF spokesman said.
The World Anti-Doping Body (WADA), whosedoping code was signed by the ITF in 2004, said in a statement it hadyet to be informed of the suspensions to Wickmayer and Malisse.
Wickmayer was competing in the Tournament of Champions in Bali this week and was scheduled to face Spain's Anabel Medina Garrigues on Friday.

其实下这么重的罚单，Anti-drug的家伙们也是猜到会有上诉。估计有一番谈判纠缠，然后禁赛期会缩短
