这题答案应该是A，宾语从句，有两个并列的陈述句作宾语。主句和从句的连接词前面那个that可以省略，但是并列的后面的那句话前面一定要加that!    看到devote himself to  我笑了！

首先，“训练”这个单词拼错了，不是trianing而是training
其次，这道题目答案绝对选B
第一个空格，that引导宾语从句，作动词believe的宾语，说明王泪泉相信的内容
第二个空格前的and是并列连词，连接两句并列句。and后面的句子是一句完整的简单句，因此第二空不填。

如果楼主的意思是and后面的句子也是整个主从复合句的一部分，即为believe后面的宾语从句，
那么这句话从语义和语法结构上都得改。
从语义上讲，某人相信“他愿意…为了…”给人的感觉就是it's a little awkward! 相信的内容应该是fact/idea！
从语法结构上讲，应该用in order to强调目的或者用if引导条件状语从句
具体改法如下：

   这是一个很简单的高中语法知识： 及物动词后跟两个或两个以上由that引导的宾语从句时，只有第一个that可以省略。

   从句意和语法上来说，楼主这道题目并没有错误。这就是两个陈述句充当believe的两个并列的宾语从句啊。
