After 16 years spent as the head coach of Brazil men’s national team, Bernardo Rezende has left the post! He leaves as the Olympic champion and as the most successful volleyball coach that this team has ever had. And, most importantly, Rezende has ensured that Brazil men’s volleyball team has a bright future regardless of the fact he won’t be around anymore.
According to the news that are coming from Brazil, the new head coach of the men’s national team will be Renan Dal Zotto! He is a legendary Brazilian volleyball player who was actually part of the same generation as Bernardinho. In his coaching career, Dal Zotto led several Brazilian clubs, while he was also head coach of the famous Italian club Sisley Treviso.
